What are your hours?
We’re open every day from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Early mornings and after work are the quietest; around 7 PM is our busiest time.
Do you take cards, or is it coin-only?
Both. Our machines accept a reloadable laundry card, credit/debit cards, and coins. There’s a change/card machine on site, and an attendant to help if you get stuck.
How much is wash & fold?
Wash & fold is $1.45 per pound with a 10-pound minimum. Most orders are ready the next day, and same-day is available if you drop off before 10 AM (small rush fee). See the pricing page for full details.
Do you have machines big enough for comforters and bedding?
Yes. We have large- and extra-large-capacity washers (up to ~80 lb) that handle comforters, blankets, and bulky bedding in a single load — much faster than a home machine.
Is there an attendant, parking, and Wi-Fi?
Yes to all three. There’s an attendant on site during business hours, free customer parking out front, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, folding tables, and seating with TVs while you wait.
A machine took my money or didn’t finish — what do I do?
We’re sorry — tell us right away and we’ll make it right. Use the Report a Problem page (or the QR code on the machine), include the machine number, and we respond within 24 hours. Refunds are cash at the counter, or by Zelle/Cash App if you can’t come back in.
Do you do commercial or bulk laundry for businesses?
Yes. We handle volume laundry for Airbnb hosts, salons, restaurants, gyms, and apartments with account pricing. Request a quote and we’ll set you up.
Where are you located?
At 8261 Richmond Ave, Suite L, Houston, TX 77063 — on the Richmond Ave corridor in the Briarmeadow / Woodlake area, serving Westchase, Gulfton, Sharpstown, and the Galleria area.
